Thank you for ordering directly from Shadow Horizon Press. We carefully prepare and package each order, including signed and personalized books, before shipment.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders placed through this website to addresses within the United States and eligible U.S. destinations supported at checkout.

International shipping is not currently available through our online store.

Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99 for orders under $50.00.

Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

The $50.00 free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.

Processing Times

Because books purchased directly from Shadow Horizon Press may be individually signed or personalized, orders require time for preparation before shipment.

We aim to process and ship most orders within 3–5 business days.

Personalized orders, large orders, new-release periods, holidays, or unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

Processing time is separate from the carrier's estimated transit time.

Personalized & Signed Orders

Please carefully review any personalization or inscription instructions before submitting your order.

Personalized books are prepared specifically for the purchaser and may require additional processing time. Once personalization has been completed, the order generally cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped using an appropriate U.S. carrier and service based on the size, weight, destination, and contents of the shipment. Book orders may be shipped using USPS Media Mail or another suitable shipping service.

Delivery estimates provided by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Shadow Horizon Press.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided with your shipping confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping address. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves our possession.

If tracking indicates that your shipment has been lost, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Please retain the book, packaging, and shipping materials if an order arrives damaged, as photographs may be requested

Large & Bulk Orders

Large orders may require additional processing time, packaging, or multiple shipments.

For organizations, schools, book clubs, retailers, veterans' groups, or others interested in purchasing books in quantity, please contact Shadow Horizon Press regarding availability and potential bulk-order arrangements.
